Reporting a problem?

These details help us find and fix it much faster:

  • The YouTube link you tried.
  • Your device and browser, for example Android with Chrome or iPhone with Safari.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if you can take one.

Quick fixes

  • The video will not load

    Make sure it is public and not private, members-only or age-restricted, then press Try again.

  • Download opens a player

    Some browsers play the file instead of saving it. Pick Download from the browser menu, or use the save option in the player’s right-click menu.

  • The link stopped working

    File links expire after a few hours. Tap Download again and Y2mate fetches fresh ones.

Y2mate does not host videos. To report a video that infringes your rights, use YouTube’s copyright reporting tools so it is handled at the source. For anything about this site, including partnership or press questions, use the email address above.
